原料
土豆: 兩個(夠三人吃了), 鹽: 少許(炒土豆絲的量就夠), 雞精: 少許調味
步驟
1土豆刮皮切成兩毫米左右的片,這不是炒土豆絲,不要求太薄

2切好的土豆片放盆里直接加鹽,比炒菜用量稍多,貌似土豆吸鹽,然後拌勻,明顯會見土豆片出水後加點雞精調味,喜歡的朋友可以加十三香調味,我吃不了那味就沒放

3加麵粉調勻成這樣就行,俗稱:拍粉^_^

4開火,不粘鍋放油,量比平時炒菜多點,大火燒到七成熱門後調成中火(直接中火也可以,我是不想等的太久才開大火燒熱)

5倒入土豆片攤勻

6翻個身活動下^_^

7盆中剩餘的麵粉加點水拌勻,均勻的澆到土豆片上

9蓋鍋蓋繼續中火大概兩三分鐘後開鍋

10翻個身,繼續煎熬吧土豆片^_^

11兩面煎好就可以出鍋開吃了,注意初次做這個菜加油少的話翻個後沿鍋邊一圈加油,建議一開始就多加點油!祝大家好胃口啊
