1 香菇茄丁,紅腸切丁,辣椒切丁,(本人喜歡吃肉,所以加了肉丁,嘻嘻)

2 茄子、胡蘿蔔去皮切丁備用

3 熱鍋倒入油

4 先放入青椒,豬肉丁進行翻炒,炒到肉變色,辣椒出香味即可

9 加入海天味極鮮醬油,翻炒均勻,關火

10 把蒸好的米飯倒入鍋中,先於剛炒的菜拌勻

11 再開火,把打好的的兩個雞蛋澆在米飯上,翻炒一下,儘量讓每粒米都沾有雞蛋【這不一定勤翻,因為米容易沾鍋,易胡】

12 最後放少許鹽,雞精攪拌均勻,關火,滴兩滴香油,悶一分鐘。出鍋拌一下,即可裝盤。開吃了
