1黃魚的頭部一定有鐵皮,沒有鐵皮就不是黃魚了,用手或用刀劃一個口子,就容易撕去魚頭部的鐵皮了

2用剪刀在魚尾部肛門處,將魚腸子剪斷,方便下一步由魚嘴取出魚的內臟
