原料
富強粉250克, 糖30克, 酵母粉3克, 莧菜汁125克
步驟
1(酵母粉加一點糖和麵粉溫水拌成糊狀)加入麵粉里拌均勻,糖和莧菜汁融化加進麵粉里揉成麵糰手光,盆光,麵糰光滑,放到溫處發酵到兩倍大。將麵糰排氣,分成110克重量,四份,多一份,共五份麵糰

2取一個110克麵糰壓扁

3用刀壓成十字形線條

4用刀切開兩條線,成四份同樣大小麵糰

5將麵糰中間壓出線條(如圖所示5),用手在邊邊往回收緊,每一個同樣方法完成

6將蒸籠抹上一點點油,在邊邊順序排列好

7將小塊麵糰分成兩份,取一個擀薄,切成長條(如圖所示7)
