牛腩, 啤酒, 黑木耳, 生抽, 老抽, 鹽, 料酒, 海鮮醬(不用就用白糖), 老薑, 蒜瓣, 蔥, 紅椒, 大蒜

1黑木耳提前泡開,洗凈,都搓幾遍,稍稍切下

14不捨得用多的啤酒的話,就加點清水

16打開鍋蓋,放適量鹽

17一點點海鮮醬,因為海鮮醬比較甜的,所以沒放白糖了就

18我又倒會炒鍋燉一會兒入味

小技巧
1、可以用砂鍋高壓鍋炒鍋。。。自己看著辦。。 2、黑木耳用油爆下,容易煮爛哈,爆的時候注意要蓋上鍋蓋。。。 3、海鮮醬不是必須哈,我是為了消滅她,最近一直卯足了勁。。。可以用白糖,白糖放點提味兒哈 4、還是建議撒蒜花。。。比蔥花好看。。。
