糯米, 五花肉, 粽葉 一斤, 草繩 若干, 香菇, 栗子, 醬油, 糖, 蝦仁, 魷魚, 乾貝
步驟
1把粽葉和草繩在熱水中,煮軟

2刷洗乾淨,煎去葉梗,用刷子刷上一層油,免得打開粽子時米粘在葉子上
