番茄拌面+玉米排骨湯
原料
番茄 1顆, 肉末 150g, 香腸 一根, 馬鈴薯、胡蘿蔔 1/4顆, 手拉麵 5片(3人份), 拌面醬 少量, 香菇 5顆
步驟
1材料切丁備好,馬鈴薯和胡蘿蔔在水裡面煮一下,西紅柿過開水,去皮

2瘦肉剁碎,與醬油,料酒腌制,備用
