薺菜 500克, 豆腐 一塊, 蛋清 2個, 鹽, 白鬍椒粉, 玉米澱粉, 蒜末, 香油
步驟
1薺菜摘凈清洗備用

2北豆腐一塊,表面沖水後切成丁狀,準備兩個蛋清

3鍋中放入少許鹽、幾滴油,快燙薺菜,撈出後過冷水並控干水分

4將薺菜切成碎段,擠出多餘水分放入碗中,豆腐丁入碗

5加入適量白鬍椒粉、一小勺玉米澱粉、蒜末、香油,分次倒入蛋清攪拌均勻,最後放入鹽攪拌即可

6鍋中倒入食用油加熱,用勺子團出丸子形,油六七成熱時下入丸子
