酸菜鱼料包: 1包, 黑鱼: 1条, 小葱: 几根, 姜: 几片, 淀粉: 一大勺, 香菇(自选): 几朵
步骤
1菜场买的野生黑鱼,请摊主鱼骨架和鱼肉分开,鱼肉片成薄片。酸菜直接买的酸菜鱼料包。(实话:我自己不会调配酸菜鱼的调味料)

2料包种类很多,有麻辣的、酸辣的、香辣的。不知道买哪种好就咨询店主。

3我们家的特点是放些新鲜香菇进去,子瑜特别爱吃香菇。大家可以按自己喜好放些自己喜欢的蔬菜进去。但量不要太多,以免抢了鱼肉的主味。

4香菇洗干净撕碎(不喜欢可不放)

5鱼片中加入酸菜鱼料包中的腌鱼包(也可以不放这个,自己放点淀粉和料酒抓匀即可)

6抓匀,浆制10分钟左右

7酸菜料包里有辣椒,子瑜不能吃太辣,所以我把酸菜洗了下,把里面的泡椒全挑出来了,然后挤干酸菜(喜欢味重的就不要洗。)

8锅里倒油,入葱姜蒜炒出香味
