1冷冻的荠菜提前拿出来冷冻,猪五花肉搅碎!生姜切末,粉丝提前泡发切碎,大蒜叶切碎备用

2锅入油烧热放入猪五花肉末下去煸炒出油,炒制变色调入适量的老抽上色

3放入生姜末、大蒜叶煸炒均匀,再放入粉丝和荠菜煸炒!调入适量的盐、五香粉、辣椒粉煸炒均匀

4放入一大块猪油煸炒(荠菜和粉丝都很吃油的)炒至熟再调入适量的鸡精煸炒片刻即可

5面粉与红薯淀粉的比例差不多是3:1,加入凉白开水慢慢调制成面糊打入鸡蛋!可流动顺畅但也不要太稀!铁锅烧热用生猪油刷一层薄薄的油,舀入一勺面糊迅速转动锅子让面皮摊均匀

6面皮表面鼓起即可拿起放在案板上放上馅料先底下包起再左右再从下往上卷起即可
