黄豆: 200g, 面粉: 3汤匙, 打泡粉: 5g, 葱花: 适量, 食用盐: 适量, 榨汁机: 一台
步骤
1准备好材料,如图所示

2黄豆泡软(至少3个小时以上)加入榨汁机内

4打细腻后开盖倒出豆浆

5豆浆加入小锅中,加入白砂糖,加热至沸腾,倒入杯中

6取出榨汁机滤网中的豆渣(先挤干水分)碗中放入3汤匙面粉,5克泡打粉、食盐、葱花

7使用勺子搅拌均匀

8搓成球状,再一巴掌按成饼状
