原料
面粉: 250g, 温水: 150g, 韭菜: 150g, 鸡蛋: 2个, 肉馅(可不放): 100g, 精盐: 1盐勺, 鸡精: 1盐勺, 十三香: 1盐勺, 油: 适量
步骤
1将温水一点点倒入面粉盆中,搅拌成絮状~

2揉成面团,盖保鲜膜醒面20分钟~

3醒面的同时,将韭菜洗净,控干水分切末备用~

4将肉馅炒至8分熟,颜色变白,装盘晾凉备用~

5锅内倒适量油,打入鸡蛋,用筷子打散,炒熟备用~

6将韭菜盆中倒入适量油,搅拌均匀(这样不容易出水)再倒入肉馅,鸡蛋碎,加入精盐,鸡精,十三香拌匀即可~

7将醒好的面团揉成表面光滑状~
