1大白豆泡水1晚上

2倒进锅里煮,加80g糖

7搅拌机里放入50g熟南瓜皮和1tsp螺旋藻还有10g红糖,加入120g水,搅拌

8搅拌之后放进5g干酵母,静置一会儿

9300g高筋面粉里倒入10g油,3g盐,然后倒入螺旋藻液体,拿勺子混合

10接着用手揉面至盆光滑,再拿出来在案板上揉

11揉10分钟之后放在容器里盖上盖子,在温暖的等它发酵到两倍大。

12拿出来,把气泡揉出去,切分成六分
