2银鳕鱼用厨房用纸吸干表面水分,撒上盐和黑胡椒,抹匀腌制20分钟

3芦笋洗净,削去表皮,上面比较嫩的部分不需要削皮,从中间便上位置开始削

4锅里烧橄榄油,切几片大蒜片,小火煎制蒜油,大火一下就糊了,记得小火哦,蒜片炸黄炸脆之后捞出,不要炸糊了

5将银鳕鱼放入锅中煎制,稍微开大火

6煎约1分钟,鱼肉不再透明,翻面再煎一下,我这里肚皮处断开了,不过没关系,两面都煎上色即可,银鳕鱼很容易熟,无需煎太久
