鳕鱼: 1块, 生抽: 适量, 胡椒粉: 适量, 橄榄油: 适量, 盐: 适量, 柠檬: 1只
步骤
1先将鳕鱼洗干净 ,拿厨房用纸吸干水分,撒少许盐两面用手指来回搓匀

2撒少许胡椒粉 滴几滴柠檬汁 同样两年用手指搓匀

3倒适量生抽(此时我用的味极鲜酱油 因为没有生抽啦)

小技巧
我是做给孩子吃的,所以全程调料都很少 但很美味这样才能更好的吃出鳕鱼原本的鲜 嫩 煎的时候一定要是中小火 鳕鱼很嫩很容易熟 所以3分钟足矣
