2五花肉洗净切块,入冷水锅加姜片,花椒煮开后稍煮片刻

3焯好水的五花肉用温水冲洗干净,沥干水分

4锅内倒少许油,姜片爆香,倒入五花肉翻炒,把肥肉里面的油炒出来。(炒出来的油可以另外盛出来炒菜)

5炒过的肉转入砂锅,加料酒,生抽,老抽,陈皮,山楂,冰糖,没过肉的水烧开,转小火炖至肉软烂。(蔬菜的量较多,多些汤汁,让菜浸在汤里,味道会更好)
