8倒入模具,七分满就可以了

9蒸锅上烧上热水至水温稍微有点烫手关火将面糊放入发酵50分钟左右,直至八九分满就可,之后冷水上锅大火烧开,中火蒸20左右即可

枣泥我是枣子用水煮熟之后料理机搅碎,然后过筛的,这样的枣泥比较腻,因为模具我没有抹油所以脱模不够平整,没有什么卖相
