步骤
1先把猪肉切丝,放入适量酱油和黑胡椒粉抓匀腌制备用!

2蒜苔洗干净切段,加入少许盐腌制

3辣椒切段,蒜头切碎

4锅热入油,(油稍微多点)中火放入瘦肉炒至没血色,再捞出一边备用!

5锅里剩油。继续转中大火加入蒜苔翻炒至颜色稍微加深之后,再放蚝油!翻炒均匀!(注意:蒜苔入锅一小会儿绿色部分变深即可,这时候干锅了请适当加水…)

6放入蒜头和辣椒…

7接着放瘦肉!继续翻炒至瘦肉上色就可以出锅了!
