原料
贻贝干(淡菜): 5-6个, 明虾: 5-6个, 蛤蜊: 7-8个, 土豆: 1个, 洋葱: 半个, 玉米粒: 适量, 牛奶: 200ml, 黄油: 适量, 清水: 适量, 盐: 1勺
步骤
1土豆洗净去皮后切滚刀块,加少许水用破壁机打碎备用;

2洋葱竖着切条后再横着切小丁备用;

3明虾用剪刀剪去虾须,用刀开背,再用牙签挑去虾线;

4贻贝提前用清水泡发一夜变软;

5蛤蜊吐沙后放入沸水中煮1分钟左右至开口后捞出;

6铁锅烧干后下入黄油融化,下入洋葱爆香,翻炒后下入明虾炒至变色;

7倒入牛奶,并加入适量清水,下入泡发好的贻贝;

8继续加入蛤蜊和玉米粒,中小火煮3分钟左右;
