8用水泡20分钟,泡软后撕成合适大小

9炒锅加油适量,烧至7成热,放入拌好的五花肉煸炒,喜欢味重一点的话,可以加点淡酱油(千万别多了),一直煸炒至出油,大概十来分钟吧,即可乘出备用

11用炒锅内余油将蒜苗再煸炒一下,不要太久,乘出待用

13再来煸炒酸菜 ~ 炒锅内少量油,加热后,放入些葱姜炒出香味后,倒入切好的酸菜,大火煸炒两三分钟

14然后,放入已经泡好撕好的粉皮,继续炒一会儿

15再把炒好的五花肉放入一起炒

16加一些水,以不没过菜为准,加盐调味,注意盐不可多放,因为酸菜一般都是咸的。盖盖子,中火烧10分钟左右,可尝一下味道,直到酸菜的酸味炖出来

17快出锅前,将之前炒过的蒜苗倒入,一起翻炒,再放点儿味精调味,喜欢的话,还可以放点白糖,这样和酸菜的味道中和下味道更好
