面粉(每种颜色): 250克, 胡萝卜汁: 170毫升, 菠菜汁: 170毫升, 紫甘蓝汁: 170毫升
步骤
1先准备蔬菜(胡萝卜/菠菜/紫甘蓝,依次操作,白色的不用加入蔬菜汁)放入锅中煮开
