黄角鲳: 一条(500克左右), 红鱼: 咸鱼(红鱼)100克左右, 姜: 少许, 蒜: 少许, 葱: , 朝天椒: 1个, 糖: 少许, 油: 少许, 酒: 1个, 生抽: 少许
步骤
1先将材料准备好

2咸鱼取中断大概100克左右,(阿一用的红鱼,大家还可以用马鲛,三牙来做)泡4小洗洗干净

3把咸鱼肉剃下来片成薄片备用

4黄角鲳洗净后背上开花刀,将片好的咸鱼夹在花刀口处

5然后把姜片,蒜片,朝天椒摆在鱼上,在表面撒一点糖,倒一点酒

6烧开水后大火蒸15分钟出锅

7加点点葱花。另起锅加入油,酱油,烧开,泼上即可!
