5锅热放油,油7成热,调小火煸炒下辣椒,关火用余热把芝兰也煸香,然后开过,中火加入醋,糖熬汁,快开时加入适量的盐和味极鲜酱油即可,把汁放凉

6大蒜剥皮,切末状

7把苤蓝放进玻璃罐中,放上蒜末,把熬好的汁倒进去,盖上盖子,放冰箱冷藏室,放置7天即可食用了(在这中间1—2天定期拌匀下)
