小技巧
1、土豆和茄子用微波炉预先处理后,茄子就变得不太吸油,而且还会缩短后期的烹饪时间 2、土豆一定要煎熟变粉,茄子要煎到变软才好吃 3、最后倒入料汁之前一定要开小火,如果大火倒入容易起坨,不易炒匀
