5马蹄粉用一个大碗盛好,倒入剩余的150g水,稍微浸泡10分钟,这就是生粉浆。将4步中煮沸的藜麦糖浆迅速倒入生粉浆中,边倒边搅拌,粉浆会部分凝固

6将半凝固的粉浆分置于硅胶模中,大火蒸20分钟,取出待凉脱模即可,吃时可微煎或是拌入煮好的藜麦粒一起吃,味道都很好
