鸡蛋: 2只, 洋葱: 1只, 鸡腿: 2只, 白米饭: 2碗, 酱油: 1勺, 日本酱油: 1勺, 味淋: 1勺, 清酒: 1勺
步骤
1准备鸡腿两只,如果觉得去骨比较麻烦,也可以直接用去骨的鸡腿肉

2给两只鸡腿去骨,用剪刀从鸡腿根部把鸡腿剖开,小心不要剪破,保持整块完整

3洋葱切成片待用

4准备酱汁,将配料全部混合在一起即可,日本酱油可以用普通酱油代替,没有清酒只用味淋也可以

5热锅,加少许油,鸡腿肉鸡皮向下放入平底锅,中火煎至出鸡油,表皮呈黄色,鸡肉半熟

6取出煎过的鸡肉,切成块状

7热锅,锅中倒入酱汁至沸腾后加入洋葱片

8重新加入鸡肉,盖上锅盖闷烧3分钟至鸡肉全熟

9两只鸡蛋略微打一下,保持蛋黄和蛋白还是分离的状态,倒入锅中,稍微搅拌一下,关火,用余热烧鸡蛋至半熟状态
