展艺高筋粉: 170克, 展艺全麦粉: 80克, 展艺酵母: 3克, 展艺细砂糖: 20克, 盐: 5克, 水: 170克, 黄油: 12克, 展艺葡萄干: 25克, 展艺蔓越莓干: 25克, 展艺核桃仁: 50克
步骤
1首先将蔓越莓干和葡萄干一起到水里泡30分钟备用

2再将核桃人切岁备用

3制作面团部分,将高筋粉,全麦粉,酵母,糖和盐一起倒入硅胶垫上,加入水搅拌

4搅成团后加入黄油一起揉面(或者用厨师机搅打)

5面团揉至8分的时候,将蔓越莓干和葡萄干捞出沥水,和核桃仁一起加入面团继续揉面

6面团揉至能拉出细腻薄膜的扩展程度即可

7将面团揉圆,盖上保鲜膜在温室里进行第一次发酵半个小时至面团两倍大且面团松弛状态

8将面团分为2等份,用擀面杖擀长

9再对叠起来

11卷好后搓长长椭圆形,两头细中间粗的样子(也可以直接搓圆形)

12面团有距离的放入不粘烤盘,放入烤箱不开火,烤盘下面放盆热水进行第二次发酵过程

13大概发酵1个小时样子面团明显松弛变大后取出面团,割出纹路,喷水

14烤箱预热上下火210度,中下层烤25分钟左右至表面金黄色即可出炉
