原料
菠萝: 4分之1个, 里脊: 500克, 青椒: 1个, 淀粉: 适量, 番茄酱: 适量, 鸡蛋: 1个, 生抽: 适量, 糖: 20克, 油: 适量, 盐: 适量, 清水: 适量
步骤
1里脊肉切片,加入淀粉,鸡蛋液,盐少许,胡椒粉,料酒,淀粉,抓匀静待10分钟

2沾取淀粉,准备下锅
