2西红柿用开水烫一下,把皮剥掉,切成小块

5煎好一面后翻面

6煎到两面金黄后拿出来

7锅中余油,放入葱姜炒出香味后倒入西红柿丁,加盐,花椒面,白糖,炒出汤汁,在加一点清水

8倒入煎好的豆腐,慢慢熬制,让汤汁粘稠

9先把豆腐拿出来摆盘,剩下的番茄汁加入蒜末,鸡精,然后倒在豆腐上

小技巧
豆腐煎完不容易入味,所以番茄汁要多一些,口味绝味重一点,吃的时候豆腐上多带点汤汁。味道酸甜还有豆腐的豆香,很是美味
