6蛋黄加入红糖,油,拌均匀,然后筛入低筋面粉!

7蛋白打到鱼泡状➕二分之一糖打发,打到有纹路➕剩下的糖,直到干性泡发(打发蛋白之前先把蛋白放冰箱冷冻几分钟好打发)

8预热烤箱160预热10分钟
9蛋白三分之一加入蛋黄糊中切拌均匀,然后全部加入打发的蛋白中,切拌均匀!然后装入6寸的戚风模具!震几下,把大气泡震出来!

10放入烤箱,160度,35分钟左右!
