海带 , 洋葱, 红椒, 豆腐干, 生姜 , 生粉, 胡椒粉, 盐, 糖, 生抽, 蚝油, 大蒜
步骤
1 买回来的干海带用水浸泡两个小时以上,水里可以放点醋加快软化。

2 把海带切成长条后打结

3 豆腐干斜刀切,切的时候刀抖动几下就会切出好看的纹路;

4 红椒切成三角形,洋葱随意切成丁;

5 热锅冷油,放入生姜和大蒜煸炒出香味;

6 放入海带结中火煸炒一会后加入豆腐干煸炒;

7 加入一点盐和小半勺白糖翻炒;
