原料
冬阴功酱 1.5汤匙, 鲜虾 6只, 蘑菇 4个, 香茅 1根, 姜 1块, 香菜 3根, 青柠檬 1/2个, 小米辣椒 2个, 椰浆 1汤匙, 盐 1茶匙, 白胡椒粉 1/2茶匙, 鱼露 1汤匙
步骤
1蘑菇洗净后对半切开,鲜虾剪去虾须去除纱线,香茅洗净后切碎,姜去皮后切成薄片,小米辣椒切成圈,香菜切成段

2将香茅、姜1、香菜放入汤锅,锅中倒入约800ml的水,煮开后用小火煮30分钟

3然后将煮好的水滤出备用

4蘑菇切块放入沸水锅中焯3分钟,捞出备用

5将滤出的水加入冬阴功酱再次煮开后,放入焯好的蘑菇和虾煮开

6调入鱼露、盐、白胡椒粉搅匀后,撇掉浮沫
