荠菜 500克, 豆腐 一块, 蛋清 2个, 盐, 白胡椒粉, 玉米淀粉, 蒜末, 香油

1荠菜摘净清洗备用

2北豆腐一块,表面冲水后切成丁状,准备两个蛋清

3锅中放入少许盐、几滴油,快烫荠菜,捞出后过冷水并控干水分

4将荠菜切成碎段,挤出多余水分放入碗中,豆腐丁入碗

5加入适量白胡椒粉、一小勺玉米淀粉、蒜末、香油,分次倒入蛋清搅拌均匀,最后放入盐搅拌即可

6锅中倒入食用油加热,用勺子团出丸子形,油六七成热时下入丸子
