1、炒年糕的话排骨剁的小快点 2、先煮排骨,就跟红烧排骨一样做就可以了 3、年糕如果不是新鲜散装的那种,是真空包装的话会硬一些,最好放点料酒焖一下再大火炒 4、卷心菜大火炒到断生即可,这样子颜色绿油油的好看哈 5、老干妈的量根据自己的口味放哈
