小技巧
1、虾最好是炸下,再炖煮的话,感觉会更入味,虾油做底油,会更加鲜哈 2、鸡爪要焯水冲洗赶紧,剁小块容易入味哈 3、煮的时候注意生抽量不要多,不然颜色不好看哈 4、蔬菜可以根据自己喜欢的决定,根据耐煮程度先后放即可
