1菜花切中块儿,在盐水里泡10分钟,然后吸干水分

2晾干菜花,准备好葱姜蒜、小红辣椒

3锅中放油,要比平时炒菜多一些,烧热后放姜、蒜、小辣椒,中高火炒香

4炒香后放一勺郫县豆瓣酱,中高火炒出红油 ⚠️因为郫县豆瓣酱是咸的,所以不能太多,一会还要放素蚝油、生抽和美极鲜调味儿呢,都是放一点儿,要不就改咸了

5炒出红油后加葱,略炒后加入菜花,搅拌
