步骤
1香菇泡发,姜切片,葱切段。酱油,麻油,料酒,蚝油,胡椒粉。盐,汤各少许。芡粉一小勺。鸡汤。(鸡加水加姜片,葱大火烧开后,小火炖两小时即可。)海参切段,香菇切小块。将海参在姜片和葱段水中稍煮片刻,沥干备用,油锅见热,将另外的姜片葱段在油锅中爆香
