步骤
1鸡蛋打散待用!!

2鱿鱼圈解冻洗净,放入料酒胡椒粉去腥,少许盐入底味待用!!

3面包糠用深一点大碗装,便于稍后蘸时需要加压!!

4干淀粉少许备用!!

5锅内宽油烧热,鱿鱼圈蘸干淀粉然后抖净多余没蘸实的,再蘸蛋液,再投进面包糠碗内,抓一把洒在上面,用手加压,让其牢固的蘸满大量面包糠,轻轻投入油锅,炸制酥脆变色即可!!

6根据个人喜好,搭配沙拉酱、番茄酱均可!!

小技巧
我用的是炸过东西的陈油,所以颜色不佳,如果不介意浪费可考虑使用新油!! 蘸干淀粉……蛋液……面包糠,顺序不可错!! 蘸面包糠时要充分加压!!
