2鱿鱼解冻去黑皮膜洗净~

3腌制: 鱿鱼放入容器内,加入精盐,鸡精,白胡椒粉,料酒,腌制10分钟以上~

4鸡蛋打入碗内打散成蛋液备用~

5将腌好的鱿鱼圈放入淀粉中裹一圈~ 在放蛋液中滚一圈~ 最后放入面包糠中裹上一圈~ 依次做好全部放入盘中备用~

6锅内倒适量油待油温热放入鱿鱼圈转中小火炸至~ 定型后用筷子不时推动(炸的均匀)~ 炸至金黄色即可~ 炸好立马捞出装盘(以免炸糊)~
