小技巧
1.全麦粉的量要根据豆渣的量来定,做馒头的用水量不用像做西点那么精确,只要能把面揉成柔软光滑的面团即可; 2.馒头要做的好吃,一定要记得两次发酵,那么馒头才膨松好吃。 3.蒸锅的底部要记得涂油防止粘连或者铺蒸布也可以。
