鸡胸肉: 1块(300g), 胡萝卜: 50g, 鸡蛋: 1个, 面粉: 10g, 葱,蒜: 1根,2瓣, 精盐: 1.5盐勺, 鸡精: 1盐勺, 十三香: 1盐勺, 生抽: 1匙, 香油: 2匙
步骤
1准备材料(面粉备好)~

2将鸡胸肉胡萝卜葱蒜洗净,切末糜备用~

3鸡肉糜倒入盆中打入鸡蛋,倒入胡萝卜末,再倒入葱蒜末糜~

4加入精盐,鸡精,十三香,生抽,香油~ 朝一个方向顺时针搅拌均匀~ 倒入面粉~ 翻拌均匀,搅拌上劲~

5手洗净,用手搓圆成球(手可沾些清水,防止粘手)~
