小技巧
1、排骨剁的小块点炸的时候方便熟透。我这个还是有点大哈 2、挂糊不要加清水的,不要那种很稀薄的,直接生粉放到排骨里,加鸡蛋,一点点料酒,拌的很厚实,拌的时候也会比较吃力哈,这样子挂糊炸出来很完整切薄厚刚好 3、煮的时候生抽一点点哈。。就是提个鲜味。多了影响颜色的
