原料
新鲜去壳牡蛎(俗称蚝): 半斤, 嫩豆腐: 100克, 鸡蛋: 4个, 胡萝卜: 适量, 青椒: 1个, 葱: 适量, 调和油,盐,胡椒粉: 适量
步骤
1葱切段,青椒和胡萝卜切小片

2水烧开,嫩豆腐切小块,过水(我买的豆腐是有点老的豆腐,而且切得有点大了,影响口感)

3紧接着,水还没开的时候,牡蛎也下锅过一下水。

4鸡蛋搅匀,放入刚过水的牡蛎,加适量胡椒粉再搅匀(去掉腥味)

5热油,倒入鸡蛋牡蛎,一面煎三四成熟就翻另一面继续煎,加一点盐入味,六七成熟就关火

6砂锅放少量清水,煮一下胡萝卜,然后放入炒好的鸡蛋牡蛎

7依次放入豆腐,青椒,姜片,酱油,少量盐(炒牡蛎鸡蛋的时候放过一次盐了),盖上锅盖煮

8出锅前加葱段再煮一两分钟关火,大功告成!
