2豆腐切小块,杭椒去籽切寸段(爱吃辣的可以留着籽)

3沸水中加入一小勺盐,将老豆腐绰水3到5分钟去除腥味

4豆腐捞出放凉备用

5中火,加少量植物油,橄榄油最好,其他油也可以,但是猪油鸡油不行!虽然会好吃一点但是健身要自控!

6油稍热豆腐下锅,煎一下,不要急着滑拨
