步骤
1先做鸡肉卷的蔬菜夹心:所有的蔬菜洗净,全部切成细丝(除甜玉米粒),鸡胸肉洗净待用;

14烤箱预热200度,功能旋钮用上下火同时加热;鸡肉卷放进烤盘里,放入已预热好的烤箱中,中层,180度,烤20分钟;
