章鱼: 少许切丁, 包菜: 少量切丁, 洋葱: 少量切丁, 木鱼花: 少许, 海苔碎: 少量, 低筋面粉: 100克, 鸡蛋: 1个, 水: 200克, 泡打粉: 2克, 生抽: 一勺
步骤
1图中食材;章鱼(我用的是鱿鱼),包菜丁,洋葱丁,木鱼花,海苔碎准备好待用!

2面糊原料~低筋面粉&鸡蛋&水&无铅泡打粉&生抽~混合后过筛待用!

3丸子锅预热,放少许油!

4用刷子在每个丸子坑里刷油!

5倒入面糊,大概8分满!

6放入鱿鱼丁,也可以换成虾仁等等……只要自己喜欢就好!

7放入包菜丁和鱿鱼丁,材料可以放的多一些哈,自己吃实惠着呢!

8再倒入一些面糊,要不丸子填不满哈!

9用竹签将丸子中间的面糊隔开,然后将丸子翻转90度!

10然后用竹签将周边的馅料都塞进丸子里并翻转!

12翻转丸子至表面金黄就可以出锅啦!
