步骤
1去皮鸡腿肉切块,冷水入锅加葱段和姜片烧开,去沫把肉捞出来备用

2土豆切块,青椒红椒撕片,洋葱切片。想吃面一点的土豆可以先煮几分钟的土豆,比较入味

5锅中放油,下鸡块翻炒,再放姜片,蒜片,干辣椒,花椒,桂皮,八角,小茴香翻炒~

6再加葱段,香叶,番茄酱,盐和鸡精翻炒

7倒入一听啤酒,我用的500ml,莫鸡肉,加酱油,中火10分钟左右~
