小技巧
1.将肉丝加入调味料提前腌好;再将西芹丝焯过水准备好;杏鲍菇手撕成丝,这样更入味; 2.先将锅烧热,下入腌好的肉丝翻炒,肉丝变色后加入杏鲍菇丝一起炒,炒时加入点蚝油,直至将其炒软; 3.杏鲍菇基本炒好后加入其它配料,西芹,只需翻炒一下,加入盐等调味料后就可以出锅了。
