1鸡蛋和细砂糖一起搅拌均匀

2加入温热的牛奶搅拌均匀

4再分次筛入低筋粉搅拌均匀

5调好的糊过滤一下,再放冷藏冰箱静置半小时待用

6冰箱取出面糊,不粘锅用小火加热,舀一大勺面糊放锅里端起锅顺时针转一圈摊成一个饼,蛋饼鼓泡有点微微上色就可以起锅取出

7再重复同样的步骤把剩下的面糊全部摊好冷凉待用(大概能做13张饼皮)

8榴莲肉用打蛋器搅打碎

10打碎的榴莲肉加到打发的淡奶油里一起拌均匀

11取一个大盘子,最底层放两张蛋饼,抹上榴莲奶油馅

12再馅上放一张饼皮,再抹上榴莲奶油馅重复同样的做法至饼皮放完,做好的榴莲千层蛋糕盖上保鲜膜放冷藏冰箱冷藏2小时后再切块食用口感更好
