4砂锅添没过鸡爪的冷水,加入姜片,大火煮开,小火慢炖一个小时后加盐

5一个小时以后鸡爪已经酥烂啦!和姜片一起趁热捞出来(捞出来的鸡爪直接啃啃也不错,沾酱料也行)
